Our Services
Amethex provides professional web design and AI chatbot services for businesses. We build your website or chatbot before any payment is required. You only pay if you approve the final result.

Payment Terms

Standard Website Package: $800 one-time + $30/month for hosting and maintenance
Premium Package (Website + AI Chatbot): $1,500 one-time + $60/month
No payment is collected until you review and approve your completed website. If you do not approve, you owe nothing.

Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions before final publication. Once the website is published and payment is made, additional revision requests may be subject to extra fees.

Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the rights to your final website content and design. Amethex retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Hosting and Maintenance
Monthly fees cover website hosting, security, and ongoing maintenance. Failure to maintain monthly payments may result in suspension of hosting services.

Limitation of Liability
Amethex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website.

No Guarantee of Results
While we build SEO-friendly websites, Amethex does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business outcomes.

Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
