Our Services

Amethex provides professional web design services for businesses. We build your website or chatbot before any payment is required. You only pay if you approve the final result.

Payment Terms

• Website Subscription: $97/month (design, hosting, maintenance & updates included).

• By subscribing, you authorize Amethex to automatically charge your selected payment method for the monthly subscription until it is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

• If a free trial is offered, recurring billing will begin automatically when the trial period ends unless canceled beforehand.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly beginning on the agreed billing start date (such as the website launch date or the end of any applicable free trial).

• Monthly fees already charged are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions before launch. After your website is live, content updates are included in the monthly subscription. Structural redesigns, major feature additions, or work outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of payment, you own the rights to your final website content and design. Amethex retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hosting & Maintenance

Monthly subscription fees include website hosting, security updates, maintenance, and reasonable content updates. Failure to maintain monthly payments may result in suspension or termination of hosting and related services.

Recurring Payments Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Amethex and its payment processor to securely store and process your payment method and automatically charge the applicable monthly subscription fee until your subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Amethex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or your website.

No Guarantee of Results

While we build professional, SEO-friendly websites using industry best practices, Amethex does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead generation, revenue increases, or other business outcomes.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription by providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice.

Recurring charges will continue during the applicable notice period.

Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

Upon cancellation, hosting and related services provided by Amethex will end, and the website may be taken offline unless both parties agree in writing to transfer the website or hosting to another provider.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
